Rubber legs


As great as my Wednesday workout was I am still paying for it Saturday morning. I've pushed myself to get some pushups in and was able to reach 1000 for a 3 day period which is pretty impressive. I spread randoms sets through out the last couple days to hit that point.

On the flip side the squats have made it impossible to run. 

Thursday I had a 12 hour work meeting so between that and driving I was out of commission from 6:45am - 8:45pm. The fact that I managed 225 pushups is pretty good.

Today Tasha and I are going snowboarding in what should be 65 degrees of sunshine. I'll try to get some pics because it should be gorgeous. Slushy snow and weak legs will make for some humorous riding but its the last weekend of the year they are open.
